Hello, I’m new to this forum and am after some advice for lowering BF%. I’m 5’6″, 75kg’s and at a guess, approx 20% BF πŸ™

I’m looking at doing a good 40min cardio session in the morning (in a fasted state) and am looking at buying a good protein shake with zero carb content to take before doing the cardio (in order to maintain muscle and maximise fat burning).

Curious to know what you guys use/recommend?

    Thanks in advance πŸ™‚

    Thanks Dr.J.

Are these suitable for Lactose Intolerant people, like moi? πŸ˜‰

Also, can it be taken as a meal replacement, for dinner for e.g?

    1) Depends on how lactose intolerant you are.
MF WPI has about 0.7% lactose
CSEP WPI has 0.1% lactose (so this may be the better choice).

In the states both these could be called zero carb because they have less than half a gram per serve.

    2) Yes, you can use as part of a meal but you should also get in some vegetables and good fats (if its a no carb meal you’re after).

get on a tready & run for 10mins at a quick-ish speed for 10mins. now jump off – crank the incline, slow it to about 2/3 of the above speed. now run for 45secs & get off for 30secs, get on for 45secs, rest 30secs etc. once you can do that for 10x, start off at a quicker pace. wont take long & will kick your ass.
