Hi Guys. Should I work all my sets to failure?Icurrently only work my power set to failure as the weight in that set can then be a little heavier.
Do you think I should work all sets to failure. My sets go a bit like this,not including warm up.
1×10 1×8 1×6 with weight being that i can just make the power set.prior sets not done to failure.
