Aerobic ex/Straight after weights or later on?

    I usually do weights in the morning and a 7 klm hill run in the evening.
    Is this the best option or I have read elsewhere that straight after weights is preferrable which would be a more comfortable 4 klm flat run.

    The reason I ask is that the thought of any aerobic exercise after weights seems daunting considering my energy levels are usually spent.

    Going from the e-encyclopedia potoroo who no longer comes to this forum, he swore to do them at seperate times.

    Thanks boys.Will probably try it both ways and see what results I get.
    Not till after chrissy though.Bulking at the moment.

    no worries, I have to think about cutting soon.

    Ill be doing cardio on a seperate day, at high intensity for 15mins. with pre and post nutrition.

    I don’t do cardio on weight days either. I do cardio once per week when in a bulking phase and bump it up to 3 times per week when cutting, high intensity 20-25 mins.
