    Ian,

    I’ve be reading through ALI eps, & noticed that you dabbled with
    Vince Gironda’s 8 reps of 8 sets training method.

    I have just started a routine with a simular principle, training every muscle group once per week, three exercises per muscle group.
    For the first 2 weeks the DOMS was sensational.

    I realise the body adapts to any routine as time goes by and this
    will not last for long.

    I was just wondering how long you stuck with your 8 x 8’s routine,
    and weather you noticed any significant results.

    I have read a lot of pros and cons on this style of training and would
    be intrested in someones opinion who’s actually done it!

    I love this workout, although I only use it for a couple of weeks at a time during dieting or when my body starts to feel a little fatigued. Its also really good when your nursing an injury due to the light weights.
