    is 1900 calories to low for fat loss i have been hitting this target for the last two weeks with cardio everyday besides sun and have lost 3kgs. do you guys think that it is too quick?

    No and no based on the fact that 1.5kg is not too much although I’d probably be happier with 1kg.

    The important thing is not to be loosing to much muscle. So you want to try and get a handle on that.
