As for comparing the strenght and size of the lifter, use the wilks formula. Thats how all powerlifting is calculated to win the best lifter of a comp and taking into the weight and weight lifted.

Bench – 130

I will be 82.5 soon. I have stopped competing for a while, i also posted those numbers when i was a junior as well. i am 30 now
