I’d do 30g + 60g + 10g +5g. If you’re bulking or just trying to get more calories in you can bump up the protein and carbs or try another shake about 1hr pwo (just P + C).

You’ll have to see how that goes. You really only need 5g of creatine per day unless loading and I’ve read a good argument for taking repeated small doses for maintanence. If you’re having two shakes try 2-3g per shake.

I’m on the fence with L-glut although I’m taking it myself while dieting. Lonnie Lowie at t-mag has some l-glut recomendations.
