My aims are still the bloody same arrrgghhh!

300kg deadlift
200kg bench
285kg squat

It is amazing how one can quickly lose their strength. I have started training for powerlifting again and this time it is all I will focus on. I failed my last attempt due to me doing to many forms of training. So no more strongman, I am a straight out powerlifter! 😀
