I always hear many confilciting ways of doing different exercises. the one exercise I hear most of is squats and how they are done, particularly the feet and should they be pointed straight or angled off pointing out.
what do you do?
Pointed straight or angled is OK, the knees (& whole leg) must flow in the exact direction of the feet, to keep the muscles & ligaments untwisted as you go down & up. This is something important to follow, or you will end up with something torn in the knee area, especially when weights reach the very heavy level.
Feet in or out, affect different muscles in the quad area, so do them all over a number of your workouts.. DA
