Gday mate,

Im looking for some advice generally, I have been lifting on and off for about 3 years and while I notice gains fairly quickly as with many people it tends to plateau and I dont see alot of results after this, even after a year of solid training I was getting stronger but not alot bigger. Im about 185cm tall or 6 foot 1 in the old speak and currently weigh 80kg. The biggest part of my body that I struggle with and dont like is my arms and legs, theyre quite skinny however Im quite broad shouldered and wouldnt consider myself a “skinny” person.

Im seriously considering a 4 week course of 10mg dianabol, 4 x 10mg a day and I do take creatine and protein currently already. I am aware of the potential side effects and the potential harm that steroids may do to my body, however I have researched it and Im willing to deal with that side of it for the gains. I have consulted my gp and while he did not recommend taing them he took blood and Iam perfectly healthy in regards to blood count, liver etc.

So heres the thing, Ill be brutally honest I do get slack and at times lazy with my lifting regime and to be honest this is mainly due to the fact that I do party a fair bit and drink alot and occasionally or perhaps quite occasionally dabble in recreational drugs. I can imagine that this post might anger some people re drug use etc and Im aware that theres probably gonna be plenty of people that think its a ridiculous post. I am serious and I genuinely want some advice from people in the know instead of speculated advice from friends. I know that if I spend the money I will commit to laying off the piss and will make me go to the gym because I really want the results but frankly I have piss poor willpower. I also know this paragraph somewhat contradicts the entire purpose of this post but I figured being totally honest is the only way I may get an honest answer. I have even been told by one person that he took the same dosage of dianabol 10mg (4 a day) for three years and he has had substantial gains while only claiming to lift once or twice a week max.

Presumming I can lay off the alcohol and the recreationals during this 4 week period and I load on carbs and eat well and plenty of it and drink plenty of water do you guys think I will see a noticeable difference?

Also, I know this may seem like a really newb question but will HGH increase muscle mass and size even if you dont lift anything?
