monday
morning 6:30 20g cassein + 3 eggs raw + handfull of omega 3
mid 10:30 bacon and eggs
afternoon 2:30 cassein + tablespoon of almond spread
night 6:30 2 thigh pieces and one drumstick bbq

tuesday
morning 6:30 3 eggs
mid 10:30 bacon and eggs
afternoon 2pm cassein + 1 tablespoon almond spread
5pm : piece of chicken
9pm: 4 pieces of cheese + 15grams cassein

wednesday
6:30am 3 eggs
10am: bacon and eggs
2pm: Cassein + almond spread
6:30: 200grams lamb + vegetables
