I’d replace flax seeds with chia seeds. Wish that was a plug but MyoPures sold out till November 🙁 Or flax seed oil with another type of oil.
Frozen berries better if mixed. There’s a study floating around showing that variety is the big thing for health/anti-oxidant benefits.
You might also like to alternate banana with oranges and/or pineapple. I like fresh pineapple for vit c and digestive enzymes.
