ha ha yeah Bull 7,000-10,000 cals per day can be damn tough I tell ya!

I am glad i stopped though it was slowly killing me I reckon. It takes a really special kind of person to reach any pinnicle in sport and an even more special one to stay there. The commitment, time, energy, money and stress on the body was phenominal it really was so it is good to look back on it and say ‘I have done that’…more than most will ever say in my opinion.

What it did do also was show me a side of humanity that made me sick! The athletes and hangers on invloved in the sport of strongman in Australia are the biggest bunch of backstabbing pricks I have EVER met. So uick to tell someone else how to do something, how it should be done or how badly everyone else is doing it. Not one group could see the bigger picture and just let one person lead or at least allow themselves to slip into a structured ideal. Truly amazing.

Anyway I am now doing MMA and am loving it so the huge lifts are no longer my main focus. I am fitter now than I have ever been and I feel gooood.
