anyone else have some thoughts?
how about cardio while bulking? on non weights days, 3 times per week for 20-30 mins

creeping past 77.5kg now… i’ve been putting on 1kg per month for the last 6 months.
trying to get to 85 or so… then go on a cutting cycle
