Protein shakes 😀 Try cooking up meals for work one night in the week and freezing them, it seems to work out the best for me that way. I like my food I am eating at work still and it only takes a couple of hours one night to get it all made up.

That session was a bit full on was it in that order? If so ask if you can do deadlifts first they are a killer and should really be hit first in the workout so you peform them properly.
