back onto keto start week 2

woke up feeling ok.. coffee and was bouncing
4 Weeks to go!!

Meal 1 – 6 eggs + 6 caps fish oil + 10 almonds (P= 50g F=20g C=4g )
Meal 2 – Coffee + 400g steak + veges
Meal 3 – 1/2 chicken and beef + veges
Meal 4 – 100g lamb + 100g beef + veges
Meal 6 – Casien shake with water +6 caps fish oil (P=50g)

– C 70
– metamucil
– fish oils
– glucose
– glutamine
