smal carb day.. feeling bloated
Woke up in the morning hard and vascular..should have taken a pic.. 🙁
4 Weeks to go!!

Meal 1 – 100g pork chops + rice + 6 caps fish oil + 10 almonds (P= 50g F=20g C=4g )
Meal 2 – Cofee + bananna bread (err wtf was i thinking)
Meal 3 – Griled fish and salad
Meal 4 – 200g chicken + Leb bread + Veges
Meal 5 – Tuna 150g (150g) + veges+6 caps fish oil (P=40g F=10g C=5)
Meal 6 – Casien shake with water +6 caps fish oil (P=50g)

– C 70
– metamucil
– fish oils
– glucose
– glutamine
