I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with D-ribose. I have heard it can work synergistically with creatine mono to speed recovery times but donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t know if it is worth the cost.
Permit me to make a sweeping statement.
There is not a supplyment on the market today that is worth the cost, ( If anyone knows if one that is and can back it up with facts, Im happy to be proven wrong ), and Im talking about over the counter stuff, not those “special” ones that come from Mexico and Thiland and have a bit of a rough time with the customs man.

Cost is relative. If you’re an elite professional athlete then something that gives you the slightest advantage might be worth the cost. So spending big dollars on a supplement that improves your sprint times by milliseconds is probably worth the expense if you’re a professional sprinter. For the weekend warrior it’s a different story.
