Yeah I did a little of both Yoga and Pilates classes its good for a change.
I did make the mistake of doing pilates the day after a massive leg session which was pretty bad 🙁
19 females who were super flexible and me with the worst case of DOMS struggling with even the most basic movements and one male instructor who was a walking one man gay pride parade trying to get me to do the movements right. Was definitely a workout I won’t forget 🙂
