I thought id update this since I finally learnt what my problem was…I never left enough energy for arms and also i didnt train them properly.
right now periodisation is the name of the game with accessories.
I start of with an offset grip dead hang lying back on an incline bench
Then i do one arm concentration curls on the standing preacher
I try lots of different excersises to mix it up. keeps it fun. I also leave enough energy for the muscles.
