Only thing I have found to help with pimples is upping my water intake, that way I assume your body can take care of what it needs to from the inside out.
I know water isn’t the best tasting when your used to soft drinks and juices etc, but the more you have it, the more you get used to it and the more your body craves it.
It’s recommended you have at least 1.5 – 2litres a day if your joe blogs, when working out and putting your body through breakdown and repair processes I would estimate you could probably do with another litre ontop of that, so if you arn’t getting enough intake of H20, your body just doesnt function at 100% including toxin elimination.
By the way, stay AWAY from tap water, there are over 40 chemicals including flouride & chlorine that are in town water, so if you want to up your water to get rid of pimples, flush your system and eliminate toxins, tap water IS NOT the way to go about it. Best water I have found so far is Nobles Pureau.
