With nearly three decades of Heavy Duty training under my belt I have an idea about it. :wink: I was one of Mike’s clients, so I can confirm it works. BUT, the more one advances the more you have to play around with the variables to keep progressing and gaining. Presently I have adapted it and am going great guns. Regarding MuscleNow… I used it back in 2000. Gained all over, but burnt out within 2 weeks. So it works alright, but training on the edge — which has always delivered my best gains — is a precarious place to stay in.
