There’s a fair bit of room to on this wagon Dave hahahaha.

Starting weight was 106.1kg and 4 days later 104.5 bit too fast for my liking but putting it down to water loss in the high humidity.
Aim is to get to 95kg and then re-assess. My problem is not losing weight but holding on to muscle aas free, weight loss is easy, fat loss is much harder.
