ay guys just seeing if anyone could give any advice or tips for me.
been training for round 2 years, bout to get a 5 week cycle of deca250 and ethanate. apparently im meant to have 1ml eth monday, 1ml dec wednesday and another 1ml eth friday for 5 weeks then take a couple weeks off training? does this sound right? cheers
