Deadlift 170 x 20 189 x16 209 x 8
LEG PRESS FOR 10’s 328 369 409 450 491 540 590 639
Calf Raise 122 x 50 143 x 30 163 x 20

Please bear in mind i am not reaching many of these goals or targets. For an example on the deads i got 14, 10, 6

The leg press i only went up to 450 as i ran out of weight so did four more sets at 450.

I nailed all of the calf raises though easily.
