Rightio it’s very basic and very boring, very boring.
All weights are before cooking.

Carb week.
MEAL 1: 50g oats, 1g cinnamon, massive gainer shake with water

MEAL 2: 200g chicken breast or roo meat, 150g rice or pasta or 750g sweet potato, 100g fibrous vegies (anything green)

MEAL 3: Same as above

MEAL 4: 50g oats, 1g cinnamon, massive gainer shake with water

MEAL 5: 200g chicken breat or roo meat, 100g rice or pasta or 500g sweet potato

MEAL 6: Massive gainer and water.

This equates to 4228 cals per day.

(NO CHEAT DAYS, no grog, no soft drinks etc etc although I still have one cup of coffee each morning…gotta have it ha ha)

Protein week
MEAL 1: 6 eggs on 1 slice of toast

MEAL 2: Protein shake: (90g WPC in water), 50g rice or pasta or 250g potato.

MEAL 3: 350g lean steak, chicken, lamb or fish, 50g rice or pasta or 250g potato, 100g mixed fibrous vegies.

MEAL 4: 300g lean steak, chicken, lamb or fish, 50g rice or pasta or 250g potato, 100g mixed fibrous vegies.

MEAL 5: Protein shake

MEAL 6: 350g lean steak, chicken, lamb or fish, 50g rice or pasta or 250g potato, 100g mixed fibrous vegies.

MEAL 7: Protein shake and 50g almonds.

This equates to 4149 cals.

This diet will be adjusted to suit my levels as I progress in my training and I am pretty sure that I start a high fat diet as I get closer to D day. This diet has been set up to keep me at mtce levels then when the anti is upped so do my cals.

To be honest i am finding it very difficult to maintain this eating regime as it is a chore to do and the food is boring. I have added tomato sauce with each meal purely so I can swallow it as it is all so dry and today I added a small amount of skim milk with my oats so that once again I could swallow it without gagging.

– MRM massive gainer
– MRM l- glutamine
– Alpha lipoic acid
– Multi
– Sustained release Vit C
– Digestive enzymes
– WPI (don’t have WPC)
– Creatine
– I will be starting a no2 booster next week.
