50g is no better than none unless you add 50g of protein. Hence a PWO shake is a great way to take creatine.
Otherwise, a little on your tongue and let it dissolve in your mouth. Otherwise add creatine to small amount of cold water in a glass. Then slowly add boiling water while stirring until all dissolved. Creatine doesn’t break down under heat unless the temp is close to boiling.
