Run with 40mg ED with the D’s for four weeks not three. Run Nolva for PCT, now I have heard some interesting points of view on how much Nolva and for how long, me personally, I would run 40mg per day for a week and then 20mg for 3 weeks. Some say run until wood is normal again, you will know how you feel when starting. Although being your first cycle and the fact you are running 500mg then I would say you will have minimal shut down anyway and you will recover quickly.
