A lot of people have a difference but you should aim for around a similar mark for better shoulder health. It doesnt have to be the same but you should probably but a bit more work into getting your back stronger 90kg for your strength is not good.

Last time I checked I could Row about 1.4 to1. 5 times more than me bench, but I always had a shitty bench and a strong back, I was the invert of yours.
