This was awesome! We will be going to do a 30-35 tonne pull now as it was too bloody easy!! This means we will load up the trailer to up the weight.

The Monster loaded the 220kg stone today which was an awesome feat and technically a new Australian record!!! I had a crack at lifting it and I had trouble getting my arms around the stones 22″ girth!!

Last week before my first heavyweight show! As it is not for titles etc I am going to try some light training this week and keep positive in my mind.
