Didn’t do weights on Tuesday or Wednesday as I had some twighlight work that had to be done.

THURSDAY
To cold for farmers training.
Deadlifts from floor

220 x 3 x 2

Seated rows
120 x 8
130 x 8 x 2

Bicep DB curls
20 x 10 x 2
30 x 8 x 2

Preacher bench DB hammer and curl
15 x 10 x 1
20 x 8 x 2

Pulley crunches
18 x 1
15 x 3

Elbow pain is nearly totally gone. I thank the new elbow sleeves by OAPL that I have been wearing every workout for a week for that. Will do some grip work tomorrow and will do events and a harness truck pull late saturday arv.
