100 x 3 (FTF)

110 x 1

Barbell shrug
140 x 12 x 2
160 x 10 x 1
180 x 8 x 2

Front Lateral raise with hammer grip (hold at top for 1 sec)
20 x 8 x 4

Strong workout tonite but didn’t over do it. I am looking for a 115-120 log press for the show. I have now seemed to have mastered the bottom phase and now no longer use a belt at all.

Can’t seem to get past 107kg without resorting to rediculous amounts of tucker. My dreams of a 115kg show weight aren’t looking good 😥
