(only have a 110 stone right now)

Bench
60 x 12
100x 6 x 2
120 x 5 x 2
130 x 4 x 2

Tricep extension behind neck
55 x 12 x 4

Tricep pushdown
50 x 8 x 4

Abs (lie on back on bench and hold bar behind neck, then keeping feet together starting out flat curl up and shoot the feet towards the ceiling)
20 x 4

I feel better already. 😀
