2 minutes fast paced walk
1 minute sprint
2 min fast paced walk etc etc for 20 minutes

Stretching 15 minutes

I have come to the conclusion I am in strife with my elbow. I bought some joint supplement today that I am hoping will kick in and give me some relief…soon. I iced tonight for and hour and will do so for the next week and a half. I will be taking it easy on the exercises that inflame it and see how I go. If it gets worse I will consider getting a quaterzone injection.

Weight is good 104.6kg each morning and 106 before bed.
