Yeah I have all muscles showing nicely now, getting heaps of comment about shape etc so very happy about that. I dropped the ball over the weekend a little as I was beginning to get cravings and I have two weeks to go so I drop off again this week.
This week will be my last training week as next week will be my rest week. I messed my weeks up last week for some reason (wasn’t with it?) but am pumped for this weeks training as I am very rested and my body feels great!
