Skull crusher with legs up and crossed.
55 x 12 x 4

Tricep pushdowns
50 x 14 x 4

Weighted decline crunches
12 x 10kg
12 x 15kg
12 x 20kg x 2

15 minute very fast paced walk on treadmill.

Weighed in tonight and am down to 105.6kg! No dramas now as I have dialed in on what to eat to get the metabolism roaring!
