Was meant to do a squat session on Sunday but as it was my daughters birthday I spent the day cleaning up and getting ready for the princess fairy party LOL! It was funny to see a few of my buddies whom are all from fitness and power backgrounds coming in with there kids dressed up as fairies and prince’s.

Anyway…

I will consider last week as a rest week as I felt lethargic and sore ALL week and wasn’t ‘into’ it.

MONDAY
Front squats
60 x 15
80 x 12
100 x 10
130 x 6 x 2
115 x 8

Squats
150 x 6 x 2

Lying leg curls
50 x 12 x 3

Leg extension
85 x 12 x 3

Reverse crunch off bench
30 x 4

Stretch hams and quads.

Feel great. Which brings me to the conclusion that I am suffering fatigue due to the extended work load at work. I am going to have to watch that up till the show.
