Wide grip pulldown
85 x 12 x 3

seated rows
130 x 12 x 3

Dumbell curls
20 x 10 x 2
25 x 10 x 2
30 x 8 x 3

Never did any cardio or abs as I did this workout at 9pm and when finished i was knackered.
