30 mins on treadmill (jog,sprint, walk repeat)

SATURDAY
Event Training day in Brissie

110kg stone for reps over 1.2m bar 10 x 4
150kg stone for reps over 1.2m bar 3 x 4
(had to stop stones as i messed my forearms up pretty bad as I haven’t been consistent with the stones. I will have two in a week)

120kg (just missed as I was fatigued)

SUNDAY
Farmers walk

60kg x 30m x 4

I have beaten my previous walk times today and my 120 is feeling very good.

My weight has fluctuated a lot this last fortnight. It has gone from 108 to 112.5 and back down to 108. i will be staying at around 108 until the week of the show, then i will drop weight whilst resting which is much easier to do I think.
