yes you have to do pilates, 5 x a day 7 days a week. And with no chicks too, and in a leotard. Then you will have the best abs in the world.

Some exercises from pilates are good exercise but if you search on http://www.t-nation.com, Mike Robertson and Eric Cressey have some really good ab tips.
