The cardio has so far changed my daily routine. I definately feel more awake, energetic and sleeping better. (suffered from insomnia for 2+ months prior to cardio. The bad food didn’t help either.)

I definately will stick with my 80min run. I actually enjoy it but I will add the HIIT in the mix.

So you said train the abs like any other body part but I really don’t think abs 2 times a week is suffice.

What is your ab routine weekly?
