Yeah I have been doing that I guess.

For the first 30 min I do a combo of jogging and then sprinting and my best is so far 4.5km in that first half hour and then end up at 8.5km in the full hour.

So u reckon 15km is the go? That would be a good bench mark for me actually. I was wrapped with 8.5 in an hour.
