Sprints hey?

1. Try frog jumps for explosiveness (these suck)
2. Leg press with lower weight with more explosiveness. Lower down then explode up.

You have a bit to go to be competitive mate, I weigh 108kg and I sprint Low 15’s! Fastest forward in the TRL baby whoot whoot!

Sprinting has come naturally to me but I have thrown those exercises in and it made a big difference for my ‘off the mark’ speed.

Don’t train 100m all the time either if that is your distance you have to travel, try 50m and 200m for a few weeks then re time yourself at 100m, you will be surprised how much more fluid you feel.
