in the last couple of months 3 people have made the worst excuses for not doing squats, 1 said he was too tall?? (6’2…) Another that his thigh bone is longer then his torso? and another refuses to go atleast parallel… ill be the guy in the gym spotting his mate whos loading a barbell with 600lbs and dropping 10cms….great.
