2 weet bix!! I used to down 14-16 at 17 years old to give you an idea of the amount of food you need when you train.

My office girl is a huuuge chick and she always comments on how good my metabolism must be with the amount of food that i eat and never gain fat.

Red meat for two weeks then white the next. Prior to comp I will have anywhere up to 6 shakes per day.

Realistically, your body will crave food when you are working it right…trust me on this. Your program could be suffering or it could be that you are not pushing yourself enough.

If I knew back then what i know now…MAN I woulda trained with more intensity, less time and with more compound movements.
