ok guys i kept a record of what i ate for the last few days here it is

Monday:

Breakfast:
2 weetbix with milk

Lunch:
hanburger with the lot
chips
powerade

Dinner:
corn beef
mashed potato
corn
peas
carrots

Snack:
Small serve of pasta

Tuesday:

Breakfast:
2 weetbix with milk

Lunch:
ham and salad roll
apple
kiwi fruit
yoghurt

Dinner:
2 quiche
protein shake
peas
corn
carrots

Snack:
2 hard boiled eggs
4 piecoes of toast

Wednesday:

Breakfast:
3 weetbix

Morning Tea:
apple
cordial
mixed nuts

Lunch:
ham and salad roll
apple
kiwi fruit
125g blueberries

Dinner:
2 grilled fish
mashed potato
peas
corn
carrots
2 bread and butter sandwiches
sustogen shake

Snack:
8 pieces toast

Thursday:

Breakfast:
3 weetbix

Morning Tea:
grapes
4 biscuits

Lunch:
chicken schnitzeland salad roll
powerade

Afternoon Tea:
protein shake
apple

Tea:
chicken kebab
4 potato cakes
protein shake

i know my eating needs the most attention so please tell me what i should be doing
