Cut out the electrolytes… unless your cycling for about 3 hours at a time.
I would say 80k’s would be more than 3 hours?? But then again, maybe not?
Other than that I totally agree with ya Dave. I use WPI, creatine, L-glutamine and thats it. I will ALWAYS have a powerade after serious training with power cardio and I usually have a suger free Red bull prior to workouts.
