If your cutting and not competing, I think its fair to have only ONE cheat meal a week. Don’t have alcohol what so ever its absolute crap for any athlete, or anyone for that matter. Just Wikipedia alcohol, it should be enough to turn you off completely, if not, poison, cancer, lowered testosterone, liver toxicity, lowered immunity will, among many others
