You lose a week if you eat a weeks extra food in that meal. If you try to go all out straight away and do not give your self a break every now and again you have more chance of failing, unless you are some super willpowered person. Keep your good eating to at least 90% of your meals and you will come out just as good but also feeling like you are not missing out as much.
