One other thing should I be taking creatine or HMB (?) a work mate has suggested I look into it, I am already taking WPI, 2 shakes a day with water
HMB is a waste of money 🙂 …..eat steak instead. People truly dont realise how important red meat is….especially in a lifter’s diet.
Creatine certainly wont hurt but I honestly dont see the need for you to use it at this stage. Get your eating down first then worry about supplements. Rule #1 Food first. Supplements #2 not the other way around.
On a side note, if anyone else is thinking of blowing money away on voodoo supplements i am gladly accepting donations. Feel free to send me some $$$ this way!
